Lou Penn has had an extensive career in the compliance arena.
After 19 years of state service with the New York, Florida and Vermont insurance departments,
he started his own business, and was instrumental in setting up the compliance department
at a large national insurer. Most recently he created a market conduct software compliance
product for the insurance industry and is working on another insurance compliance
product.
